Jean-Baptiste Adam Cremant d’Alsace Brut Pur Granite is an organic, biodynamically farmed sparkling wine from Alsace, France. The grapes come from estate vineyards in Ammerschwihr planted on granite soils. After fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged for approximately 18–24 months on the lees, creating fine bubbles, freshness, and subtle brioche complexity.
