Hermann J. Wiemer Riesling Dry 2023 is the winery’s signature dry Riesling, made from estate-grown fruit sourced from several vineyards around Seneca Lake in New York’s Finger Lakes. The wine is built from numerous hand-picked selections harvested at different ripeness levels to combine acidity, texture, fruit concentration and complexity. It is whole-cluster pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged on fine lees.
