The result is a gin that feels like a spring garden in a glass – fresh, fragrant, and utterly enchanting.

Each sip of Glendalough Rose Gin delivers a harmonious blend of floral sweetness, citrus brightness, and soft herbal undertones. On the nose, Glendalough Rose Gin offers gentle aromas of rosewater and wild herbs. On the palate, Glendalough Rose Gin reveals layers of fresh rose, elderflower, and mountain thyme, rounded out by crisp citrus zest and a touch of pine. The finish is clean, elegant, and long-lasting – with just enough botanical complexity to make Glendalough Rose Gin perfect for sipping neat or in elevated cocktails.
