Giordano Lombardo San Martino 2024 is a biodynamically farmed Gavi from Piedmont, made from Cortese. It has a fresh, mineral-driven style with bright citrus, chalky notes and lively acidity, while showing more texture and savory complexity than a simple, light Gavi.
Testing Note
Fresh lemon zest, crushed stone, flint and oyster-shell minerality, with herbal notes of rosemary and thyme and a subtle touch of beeswax. The palate is textured and savory with bright acidity and a long, refreshing mineral finish.
