Gagnon-Kennedy Cabernet Sauvignon Old Federal Block Oakville 2022 is an ultra-premium, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by renowned winemaker Marc Gagnon and Master Sommelier Michael Kennedy. Sourced exclusively from the historic Old Federal Block in the heart of Oakville—part of the legendary To Kalon vineyard area and the famed UC Davis research vineyard—this limited-production wine reflects one of Napa Valley's most significant vineyard sites. Fermented from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for approximately 20 months in 100% new French oak, the wine showcases remarkable elegance, depth, and precision. Unlike many powerful Oakville Cabernets, the Old Federal Block is celebrated for its refined texture, silky tannins, and graceful complexity. It is an exceptional pairing with filet mignon, prime rib, roasted lamb, venison, braised short ribs, and aged hard cheeses.
