Fiorini Nebbia Felsinea is an organic Pignoletto Frizzante from Emilia-Romagna, made using the ancestral method. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle without disgorgement or dosage, giving it its naturally cloudy appearance and lively, delicate bubbles. It is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in bottle for approximately six months.
