Field Recordings Shucks 2025 is a bright, mineral-driven white blend from the Chalone AVA in California. Made from 65% Pinot Blanc and 35% Melon de Bourgogne, the grapes are picked early to preserve vibrant acidity. The wine is directly pressed into neutral barrels for spontaneous fermentation, then aged for four months in neutral French oak on its lees, adding texture and complexity while maintaining a crisp, refreshing character.
