Ernie Els Big Easy Red Blend Stellenbosch 2023 750 ML
Ernie Els Big Easy Red Blend 2023 is an elegant South African red wine from the renowned Stellenbosch wine region in the Western Cape. Produced by Ernie Els Wines, this expressive blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec from selected vineyards on the Helderberg Mountain.
The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe red and black cherries, dark plums, tomato leaf, and gentle oak spice. The palate is juicy and beautifully balanced, offering flavors of plum, pomegranate, and dark berries, complemented by black pepper, refreshing citrus nuances, and refined tannins.
Aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, this versatile red blend combines richness with approachable elegance. It pairs beautifully with grilled steak, roasted lamb, barbecue ribs, beef burgers, and aged cheeses
