Donnafugata Brut Millesimato 2016 is an elegant vintage sparkling wine from Sicily, crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero using the traditional bottle-fermentation method. It was matured on the lees for approximately 36 months, developing complexity while retaining freshness and finesse. The wine displays fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of bread crust, dried fruit, hazelnut and delicate lemon peel. The palate is fresh, vibrant and harmonious, with good structure and a refined, lingering finish.
