Domaine Serene Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir 2019 is the winery’s flagship Oregon Pinot Noir, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown across the Willamette Valley. Brilliant ruby red in color, it offers aromas of dark dried cherry, pink peppercorn and subtle saddle leather. The palate is refined and savory, showing cherrywood, ground sage and dried shiitake mushroom, supported by composed acidity and soft, silky tannins. The finish is long and elegant, and the wine has excellent potential for graceful cellar aging.
