This Chorey-les-Beaune expresses itself with pretty aromas of red fruits (raspberries, Morello cherries) on the nose, a nice fleshy mouth carried by nice ripe fruits and a fine tannic structure, a great length in the mouth.
Served at 14°C, it stands out as a versatile Burgundy. It goes well with hot starters, roast poultry or a meat risotto.
