Domaine Jean Marc and Hugues Pavelot Savigny les Beaune Rouge 2023 is an elegant red Burgundy produced entirely from Pinot Noir. The wine comes from several village-level parcels around Savigny les Beaune, including mature vines averaging approximately 50 years of age. It is fermented with native yeasts and matured for around 10 to 12 months in previously used oak barrels.

The palate is fresh, dry and medium-bodied, offering flavors of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with delicate floral, earthy and spice notes. Fine tannins, lively acidity and a mineral finish make it an excellent match for roast chicken, duck, pork, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
