Dominique and Janine Crochet established their estate in 1992, starting with just a few hectares of perfectly situated hillside vineyards in Bue. Though their estate is relatively young, they stem from an ancient line of winemakers in the area. The aromas boasts morello cherry, violet, wood notes and with aging it develops aromas of game, truffle and cherries and good roundness and a light, pleasant tannins on the palate.
