DASSAI Blue Type 35 is a premium American Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed in Hyde Park, New York, using Hudson Valley water and Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Arkansas. The rice is polished to 35% of its original size, creating an elegant, aromatic and refined sake. It offers fragrant notes of white peach and ripe papaya, followed by subtle sweetness, refreshing acidity and a clean, delicate finish. Serve well chilled at approximately 41°F or below.
