Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate:"The alter ego of Boreal is the NV Brut Nature Les Semblables (Austral), derived from south-facing vineyards and, in this case, from the 2019 vintage. Delivering aromas of pear, crisp stone fruit, clear honey and freshly baked bread, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and pillowy, with a richer, more vinous personality and a long, saline finish. Of course, as I remarked to Doussot, the two alter egos would surely make an extremely complementary blend, even if that would fly in the face of the maison's Burgundian philosophy.
