TESTING NOTE

DESCRIPTION

Full bottle 1,597 g. 100% Chardonnay from premiers crus Vertus and Pierry, and grand cru Chouilly. 80% in stainless steel, 20% in oak barrel. Four years sur lattes. Dosage 6 g/l.
Smells like fresh popcorn and warm, golden cornbread straight out the oven. Yellow flowers and warm roasted graininess on the palate; sliced pears; salted cashews. Firm fizz. Curved acidity. Long with salty depth and white-peppery finish. Just right. Champagne for a succulent roast chicken, if you ask me.

TESTING NOTE

Pale yellow in color with yellow gold reflections. A delicate and fresh nose of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes followed by a touch of verbena and fresh almond. The attack is faithful to the nose, suave and fruity with notes of fruits and flowers revealing a particularly harmonious wine. The mouth is completed with a salty perception enhancing its delicacy.
