Champagne Bruno Paillard Nec Plus Ultra 2009 750 ML
Champagne Bruno Paillard N.P.U. “Nec Plus Ultra” 2009 is the house’s prestige vintage cuvée, produced only in exceptional years. It is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from six Grand Cru villages: Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay, Mailly-Champagne and Bouzy. The first press juice is fermented entirely in small, old oak barrels, where the base wines spend their first 10 months. The Champagne then undergoes exceptionally long cellar aging before release.
