Cazes Macabeo Amber Wine 2025 is an organic and biodynamic skin-contact wine from Roussillon, France. Made from 100% Macabeu, it is vinified like a red wine, with the grape skins and seeds remaining in contact with the juice to develop its amber color, texture and gentle tannins. Previous technical specifications for this cuvée indicate 7–15 days of maceration followed by at least eight months of barrel aging.
