Castello di Lamole Le Stinche Chianti Classico Riserva 2014 is an organically produced Tuscan red wine made primarily from Sangiovese grown in the elevated vineyards of Lamole. The wine is matured in concrete or stainless-steel vessels, followed by extended aging in seasoned French oak barrels and additional bottle maturation. It offers a mature, full-flavored character with dark fruit, dried plum, espresso, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, balsamic herbs, and subtle mineral notes. The palate is rounded and layered, with supple tannins and a lingering, savory finish. It pairs especially well with roasted meats, grilled steak, braised dishes, game, pasta with rich sauces, and mature cheeses.
