Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2014 is a vintage Extra Brut Champagne produced entirely from first-press Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru villages of Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant and Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. Twenty-five percent of the wine is vinified in small, previously used oak barrels, followed by eight years of ageing on the lees and at least 16–18 months of rest after disgorgement. Its low dosage of 3 grams per litre creates a dry, precise and mineral-driven style.
