Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Rosé is an elegant Italian sparkling rosé crafted from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero. It shows a brilliant pale pink color with a fine, persistent perlage. Fresh floral aromas mingle with notes of strawberry, pear, pomegranate, lychee and citrus. The palate is lively, refreshing and delicately fruity, finishing clean with lingering floral and red-fruit character. Produced using the Charmat method, it is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood, sushi, salmon and grilled vegetables.
