Bollinger PN AYC18 Blanc de Noirs Brut is the fourth release in Bollinger’s PN series, created to showcase a distinctive expression of Pinot Noir and the terroir of Aÿ. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it is based primarily on the 2018 harvest, with reserve wines reaching back to 2009. This rich and expansive Champagne combines ripe fruit, candied citrus and sweet spice with Bollinger’s characteristic depth, freshness and vinous structure.
