Cenit is born from six hectares of old vineyards, all owned by the winery, which are between 80 and 100 years old. These vineyards are part of the historical heritage of Tierra del Vino de Zamora and have survived the abandonment and decline that this area suffered for years. They are small plots in which sand is the protagonist, although clays deposited by the Duero River also appear. This terroir offers a wine with great finesse, but also deep, a serious wine and at the same time ‘enjoyable’. Cenit brings together the most essential aspects of what we interpret as Tierra del Vino de Zamora and that is why for us it is the highlight.
