Bodegas Oliveros Sparkling Brut is a dry Spanish sparkling wine from Andalusia, produced from 100% Zalema, a native grape strongly associated with the Condado de Huelva area. Made using the Charmat/tank method, it features small, persistent bubbles with fresh floral, ripe-fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is lively, clean and balanced, showing white fruit and citrus through a soft, refreshing finish. It works well as an aperitif and alongside tapas, cheeses, olives, rice dishes and seafood.
