Biancavigna Prosecco DOC Brut is a fresh and elegant Italian sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grown on hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo in Veneto. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using the cuvée close method for about 60 days, helping create a fine, persistent mousse. It offers bright citrus and fresh apple aromas with a crisp, lively palate and a clean, balanced finish.
