Biancavigna Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Sui Lieviti DOCG 2024 is a traditional Brut Nature sparkling wine made from 100% Glera in the hills of Conegliano, Veneto. Unlike standard tank-fermented Prosecco, this wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle and remains on its lees, giving it added texture, complexity and characteristic bread-crust notes. It is exceptionally dry, with only about 1 g/L residual sugar.
