Grapes & Winemaking We use a soft pressing of the grapes, low temperature fermentation, and maturation in a steel tank which lasts for 60 days or longer. Our winemaking process is patient, allowing us to produce a clean wine with a premium taste. Throughout the winemaking of this Chardonnay we aim to achieve extraordinary freshness and light, elegant aromas with a unique style: fresh, light, approachable and of course, delightfully zero sugar.
