Barossa Bourne Shiraz 750 ML

The 2018 Shiraz develops it’s flavours from the fruit of eight vineyards across the Barossa regions of Ebenezer, Kalimna, Eden Valley, and Vine Vale.\n \n Each vineyard parcel open fermented with plunging and pumping over twice daily, prior to basket pressing to extract the soft tannins.\n \n The wine is matured using only older oak hogsheads to respect the individual parcels and add layers of subtle background oak.\n \n A magnificent Shiraz with dark purple and black hues with dark berry fruit carrying onto the nose with subtle spicy oak.\n \n The palate has soft up front notes of plums and blackcurrant with integrated oak structure .\n \n The finish is soft and long. Quintessential Barossan Shiraz that displays elegance, finesse, firm structure and wonderful depth of flavor.
