Amabuki Himawari is a premium unpasteurized Junmai Ginjo sake produced in Saga Prefecture, Japan. It is brewed with distinctive yeast isolated from sunflowers and Sake Komachi rice polished to 55%. The sake offers a rounded, smooth palate with floral and lightly fruity characteristics, balanced by refreshing acidity and a crisp, dry finish. Serve well chilled and pair with sushi, yakitori, grilled seafood, vegetables or mild cheeses.
