Alipús San Andrés Mezcal is an artisanal joven mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, produced from Espadín agave. The agave is traditionally roasted, fermented in wooden vats, and distilled to create a distinctive mezcal that reflects the terroir of San Andrés Miahuatlán. It offers a balanced combination of roasted agave, floral notes, earthiness, fruit, and gentle smoke.
Testing Note
Aromatic notes of roasted agave, caramel, white flowers, earth, herbs, and subtle wood. The palate is rich and expressive with cooked agave, mineral character, gentle smoke, and light fruity sweetness, followed by a lingering earthy finish.
