400 Conejos Cuishe Mezcal is an artisanal Mexican mezcal crafted in Oaxaca from a blend of Espadín and Cuishe agaves. The Cuishe agave contributes an intense herbal, earthy and spicy character, while Espadín adds softer fruit and cooked-agave notes. The result is a complex and expressive mezcal with subtle sweetness and a lingering smoky finish.
