An elegant Japanese Junmai Ginjo sake brewed in Hiroshima by Imada Shuzo. Made from premium Yamada Nishiki rice and Hiroshima’s famously soft water, it offers a smooth, vibrant profile with ripe fruit, delicate spice and a clean mineral finish. Best enjoyed chilled and pairs especially well with lobster, scallops, oysters and other seafood.

TESTING NOTE

Fresh aromas of lime, melon, fennel, white pepper and allspice lead to flavors of ripe cantaloupe and anise. Smooth and rounded on the palate, with balanced minerality and a clean, refreshing finish.
