Saveurs du Temps Costieres de Nimes is a Southern Rhone appellation producing pretty, balanced and fruit-forward red, white and rose wines. This rose blend of Grenache and Syrah is produced by a union of small winegrowers dedicated to their vineyards located just West of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The soil there is a mix of clay and limestone over round rocks deposited by the Rhone in prehistoric times. After harvesting at optimal maturity, the grapes undergo a long cold maceration and controlled temperature fermentation to emphasize the fruit expression. Fresh and lots of lush red berry aromas.
