Parusso Barolo Bussia Oro Vigna Munie Riserva 2013 750 ML

The Barolo Bussia Riserva “Etichetta Oro” Vigna Munie is born from a careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes from the prestigious Vigna Munie located in Localita Bussia di Monforte d'Alba. This Riserva, produced only in optimal years, is able to give extraordinary emotions presenting a great structure following its long refinement in the cellar.
HARVEST
Grapes delicately hand-picked and placed in small perforated baskets.
VINIFICATION
After a soft pressing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of the times and temperatures of maceration.
REFINEMENT
In small oak barrels for at least 18 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts. Subsequently a long refinement in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C for at least 5 years.
