TESTING NOTE

DESCRIPTION

A premium, vineyard-designated Riesling produced from mature Washington State vines. The wine is fermented dry and aged on the lees for approximately 6–12 months, developing concentration, texture and mineral complexity. It offers floral and stone-fruit aromas with crisp acidity and a clean, elegant finish.

TESTING NOTE

Pale straw in color with aromas of jasmine, peach and wet stone. The palate is dry and concentrated, showing peach, apple and floral flavors with a touch of tangerine on the finish.
