Luminous in appearance, the 2018 Moscato dAsti breathes a bouquet of sage, honey, yellow fruit and white flowers. Massolino uses little autoclaves on site at the winery in Serralunga dAlba to make their Moscato, which they have been producing since 1991. Initially, they had sold the grapes before deciding to make their sweet sparkler. Some 35,000 bottles of this vintage were made. It would pair nicely with a homemade peach pie.
