Hedele Malvazija Goce 2021 is an elegant dry white wine produced from 100% Malvasia Istriana grapes grown in Slovenia’s Vipava Valley. The grapes are organically cultivated and hand-harvested before gentle whole-cluster pressing and natural fermentation in small French oak barrels. The wine is matured in oak, developing a refined texture while maintaining freshness and varietal character.

It displays a delicate lemon-gold color with aromas of lemon, lime, yellow fruit, herbs, subtle floral notes, fine spices, butter and gentle almond. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, offering balanced acidity, mineral freshness and a lightly saline finish. It pairs well with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry, salads and light vegetable dishes.
