The wine is matured in concrete or stainless-steel vessels, followed by extended aging in seasoned French oak barrels and additional bottle maturation. It offers a mature, full-flavored character with dark fruit, dried plum, espresso, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, balsamic herbs, and subtle mineral notes.
