ranbazán Don Álvaro de Bazán Albariño 2020 is a medium-bodied white wine produced from Albariño grapes in the Rías Baixas region of north-west Spain. Has been established in the Val do Salnes sub-region of Rías Baixas since 1981. Don Álvaro de Bazán is only produced in exceptional vintages and spends an extended time maturing on fine lees before bottling. For this cuvee, Albariño grapes are sourced from an elevated site on poor granitic, soil, producing a wine with the acidity and mineral structure for long ageing. Expect intense notes of ripe citrus, orchard fruit, blossoms and honey.
