Known for its tropical notes and incredible acidity, the Chardonnay grapes for this wine were sourced from acclaimed Bien Nacido Vineyard in the heart of the Santa Maria Valley. The wine opens with distinct aromas of banana custard, fennel bulbs, chamomile flowers and buttered toast. Flavors of stone fruit, golden apples, sweetened cream and lavash bread fill the palate while oak aging adds a touch of brown spice and creme brûlee.
