Egri Bikaver Bulls Blood 750 ML

I purchased an item as a gift. 8 days after purchase my item had not been marked as sent. After several emails and many phone calls, a label was created for my item with FedEx, but 2 days later it still has not moved out from the distribution center . So that makes 10 days after purchase with no shipping yet. And by the way, when you call the company, you can only leave a voicemail and one that does not get acknowledged. Doubt my item will get here in time for my party next weekend. How very disappointing
