6 O'Clock Gin Brunel Edition is a London Dry Gin distilled in small batches by Bramley & Gage, a family business based in the outskirts of Bristol. It is named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the famous engineer who designed many of the railways and bridges in the area.\n \n The gin is made with a blend of nine botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, cumin, orange peel, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, nutmeg, and pink peppercorns. It is distilled in a unique "double sphere" pot still, which gives it a very smooth texture.\n \n The gin is bottled at 50% ABV, which is slightly higher than the standard 40% ABV for gin. This gives it a more intense flavor profile, but it is still very drinkable.
