Gonzalez Byass Vina AB is a classic dry Amontillado Sherry produced from 100% Palomino Fino grapes in Jerez, Spain. It is matured for approximately 12 years through the traditional solera system, combining biological ageing under flor with subsequent oxidative ageing. The wine displays a light amber colour with delicate aromas of roasted hazelnuts, almonds, yeast and seasoned oak. Its palate is dry, balanced and elegant, offering pronounced salinity, subtle bitterness and a long, refined finish.
