Rotem and Mounir Saouma Arioso Chateauneuf du Pape 2021 is a premium, limited-production red wine made from old-vine Grenache grown in the sandy soils of the Pignan area. The wine combines the richness and power of the Southern Rhône with impressive elegance, freshness, and precision. It is matured in oak, developing a layered and structured character while preserving the purity of its fruit.

The palate offers concentrated red and dark fruit flavors supported by graphite, cedar spice, tobacco leaf, earthy notes, and refreshing acidity. Firm tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish give the wine excellent aging potential. Wine Spectator awarded the 2021 vintage 95 points.
