Storm Point Red Blend Swartland 2024 is a fresh, smooth South African red blend from the Swartland region. It is made in a Rhône-style profile with bright red fruit, dark berry notes, light spice, and soft tannins. The wine shows flavors of raspberry, black cherry, plum, orange zest, and subtle herbal notes, making it easy-drinking but still flavorful and balanced. The producer’s latest available technical information lists the blend style as Syrah, Cinsaut, and Carignan with 13.5% ABV; I did not find a separate official 2024 tech sheet yet.

TESTING NOTE

Raspberry, black cherry, plum, orange zest, crushed herbs, smooth tannins, and a refined finish.
