This heavily peated whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before receiving a 12-month finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, creating a rich combination of smoke, maritime character, dark sweetness, and spice. It was bottled at a robust cask strength of 56.5% ABV.

      Rich aromas of peat smoke, sea salt, toffee, citrus, and dark fruit lead into a powerful palate with sweet smoke, treacle, honeycomb, dried fruit, spice, and maritime salinity. The finish is long, warming, smoky, and slightly spicy with lingering Pedro Ximénez sweetness.
