This structured, yet accessible, dry red from Rioja Alavesa is sourced two vineyards Las Salinas, and Rehoyos. The Tempranillo vines are more than 80 years of age on average, and the soils are clay and limestone. Medium-bodied, and with beautiful fruit, it is fermented in stainless steel and aged in both new and used French oak barrels for 3 years before bottling. This is enjoyable to drink now, but will also be excellent in the years to come. Pair with grilled beef skewers and roasted eggplant.\n
