A refined red Burgundy from the Mercurey appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, Les Montots 2024 combines generous red fruit with freshness, mineral tension, fine structure, and firm yet elegant tannins. The wine is partially whole-cluster fermented and matured in barrel, giving it aromatic complexity and good aging potential
Testing Note
Aromatic red berries and ripe cherry with subtle savory notes, fresh acidity, delicate spice, firm fine-grained tannins, and a mineral-driven finish. The wine has good depth while retaining the finesse typical of Pinot Noir.
