Made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, Gran Moraine Brut Rosé is a blend of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir. Fermentation was conducted at cool temperatures, predominantly in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. A few selected lots are aged in inert French oak barrels for 3 months to add depth, complexity, and spice to the final blend. The single vineyard, estate-grown wine then spent a minimum of 24 months en tirage.
