Elephant Sloe Gin 750 ML

Elephant Sloe Gin combines Elephant London Dry Gin with fresh wild sloe berries that are macerated in the spirit for several months. The berry infusion gives the gin its warm red colour and a rounded fruit character while preserving the botanical structure of the underlying gin. It is intentionally less sweet than many traditional sloe gins, allowing tart berry notes and spice to remain clear. The palate is fruity and lightly sweet with a balance of red berries, juniper, gentle spice and subtle bitterness. Bottled at 35% ABV, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in cocktails.
